What We Offer:
* Salary of £12:21 per hour
* Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Temporary - one month only ( short term contract)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to medical, nursing, and allied health staff, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining ward paperwork supplies
* Manage patient records: create, update, and file patient notes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Input and retrieve patient data using electronic systems keeping information up to date regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers
* Ensure patient demographics and ward registers are accurate and current, both electronically and manually
Qualifications:
* 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
