We’re expanding and now seeking a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to drive growth across the UK & Ireland retail market.
Reporting into the UK Country Manager, you will manage both new and existing customer partnerships, primarily within the retail sector. Your mission: deliver strong customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and new business development.

✨ Responsibilities
As our BDM / KAM, you will:
• Grow and manage key retail customer relationships
• Drive sales performance and profitability in line with UK strategy
• Lead product launches, sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver category development
• Monitor sales performance and act on insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing and commercial teams
• Manage relationships with distributors and suppliers

🔍 What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years’ senior B2B sales experience
• Proven success managing major key accounts
• Experience in retail and distribution
• Ideally from the chemical or car-care sector
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, customer-focused and results-driven
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
