TP Tutors is recruiting enthusiastic SEN Tutors in Crawley to provide one-to-one tuition for learners who benefit from a more personalised and flexible approach.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Crawley & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time options available
What You’ll Do
This is your chance to work closely with students, helping them engage with learning in a way that suits them best.
* Deliver customised tuition sessions tailored to each learner
* Support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Build confidence and encourage independence
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different abilities and learning styles
* Provide sessions in home or community-based environments
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* A flexible, patient, and understanding approach
* Ability to travel within Crawley and nearby areas
* Strong commitment to safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
