Key Responsibilities
The National Growth and Accounts Lead will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse client portfolio.
* Lead and develop the national accounts function as National Growth and Accounts Lead, setting clear targets and KPIs for the whole team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client‑focused solutions
* Monitor financial performance and contribute to strategic planning
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in national/key account management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A track record of driving growth and leading teams
* Strategic thinking and market awareness
