Office & Finance Administrator
Location: Brighouse
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm Friday

Are you an experienced Administrator with a solid understanding of finance processes and a proactive nature to get stuck in where needed?
Stafflex are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Brighouse currently looking for a self-sufficient and proactive Office Administrator. This is a key role in a small but busy office where your input will have a real impact day to day.
In this role, you will be handling a wide variety of tasks that keep the business ticking, including accounts, payroll, supplier communications, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase and sales invoices using Sage50 (ledgers, invoicing and profit/loss)
* Handling weekly and monthly payroll for employees
* Resolving queries from customers and suppliers
* Managing general office administration including email and phone communications
* Taking responsibility for sales and purchase ledger tasks with accuracy and independence
Key Requirements:
* Confident in use of Sage50 and ability to navigate the software comfortably
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, this is a self-managed role
* A strong communicator with clear spoken and written English
* Experience in handling payroll is highly desirable
* Professional and reliable with a hands-on approach
