Care Plus Group Primary Care practices provides the first point of contact for registered patients accessing the health care service. The service will work collaboratively with patients to assist them in managing and preventing illnesses and coordinating access to specialised care.
Care Plus Group Primary Care practices, Open Door and Quayside, provide services for a client group with a range of diverse and sometimes complex needs including substance misuse, homelessness, and mental health problems and self-neglect.
We are a Social Enterprise and work as a MDT with a range of clinicians and social staff including Mental health practitioners

You will be part of a clinical team that has strong involvement in the design and delivering of care, receive support from our Medical Advisor, protected time for personal development, access to funds for CPD and further professional development.
We welcome and are open to site visits to meet the team and explore our facilities.
Main duties of the job
Department: CPG Primary Care
Base: Open Door and Quayside Medical Centre
up to 8 Sessions Per Week, Permanent, Monday-Friday
Salary: £11,200 per session a week, per annum
As a GP you will manage a caseload and deal with awide range of health needs ensuring the highest standards of care for allregistered and temporary patients. Undertaking face to face and telephone consultations, and asrequired home visits. Day to day tasks will include reviewing results, repeat pxand completing appropriate paperwork. Responsibilities will reflect therequirements of the NHS GP Contracts, and as such may be subject to change asservices adapt.

* Women's health issues e.g. contraception implants.
