About Our Client

Job Description
3. Carry out maintenance activities in your area of responsibility, maximising wrench time while following safety protocols.
4. Support continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
5. Provide feedback to planners and leadership to help optimise schedules, frequency, and parts planning.
6. Conduct pre- and post-maintenance quality checks.
7. Manage lubrication mapping and execution, and support the simplification and rationalisation of our lubricants.
8. Train the autonomous maintenance team on equipment knowledge, basic Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routine and fault diagnostics.
9. Lead the root cause analysis sessions and offer technical expertise.
10. Promote and maintain strong 5S standards across the plant.
Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off- 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts (12-hour shifts)
The Successful Applicant
11. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering apprenticeship with hands-on experience.
12. Recognised mechanical academic qualification.
13. Strong mechanical knowledge.
14. Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA systems.
15. Solid understanding of equipment and technical standards.
16. A sense of ownership for safety, quality, and performance.
