In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of day-to-day operational warehousing tasks - including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. You'll play a key part in ensuring shipments are handled accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth running of the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all core warehouse operations: goods receipt, accurate storage, order picking, retrieval, loading, and unloading. Check all items during each process to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and health & safety standards. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, identify any damages or discrepancies, and report issues promptly. Follow scanning and inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all work areas, ensuring safe use of equipment and a tidy, hazard-free environment. Support continuous improvement by following best practices and identifying ways to improve efficiency and accuracy. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience handling heavy and high-value goods.
