The purpose of the Compliance Analyst is to support the franchise business by ensuring all required data and documentation are available for importing our products into new franchise markets. The role acts as the single point of contact for import and regulatory documentation for our franchise partners and as an intermediary between internal stakeholders, franchise partners, and suppliers to facilitate smooth movement, import, and sale of our products in designated territories.

What You’ll do:
You will collaborate with diverse teams and handle a variety of tasks daily. Key responsibilities include:
1. Establishing and managing a process to identify U prefix orders and ensuring associated products have valid HS codes early in the process.
2. Enhancing internal risk reporting to include new franchise markets and their import regulations, enabling weekly risk assessments for regulatory or documentation requirements.
3. Working with franchise partners to review risk reports, determine necessary documents, and coordinate their collection for product registration and importation.
4. Serving as a central point for data and document collation from internal stakeholders such as product compliance, QA, legal, finance, etc.
5. Liaising with franchise partners to ensure documents meet country-specific formatting and data requirements.
What you'll bring
We want everyone to feel they’re making a meaningful contribution. Essential skills and experiences include:
* At least 18 months of experience in regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications like PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
* A keen interest in understanding complex legislation and its impact on Primark.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to process key information quickly.
