We aim to support the development of children (aged 11 - 19) with communication and interaction needs including speech, language and communication needs, autistic spectrum disorder and additional needs.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be great leaders and have the ability to work as part of a highly skilled team. You will lead safeguarding and manage the pastoral team, therefore experience in safeguarding and student wellbeing are essential.
