We are an Outstanding CQC-rated care provider, delivering specialist care to individuals with long-term and complex conditions – and we’re looking for a compassionate Female Care Assistant to join our team.

Role Details
* Location: St Leonards-on-Sea
* Pay: £16.07 – £17.14 per hour (depending on experience & training)
* Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week
* Shifts:
o 7:00am – 5:00pm
o 5:00pm – 11:00pm
o Or full-day shifts (flexible based on service needs)
Driving licence preferred (may involve driving the client’s vehicle), however non-drivers may be considered.
About the Role
You’ll support a client living at home with complex health needs, helping them live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life.
This is a person-centred role where you’ll also support enjoyable activities such as:
* Swimming
* Bowling
* Watching TV
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and mobility support
* Assisting with clinical and health-related tasks
1. Supporting independence and emotional wellbeing
2. Helping the client access the community and activities
What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Previous care experience
* Desirable: Complex care experience (full training provided)
* A caring, reliable and proactive approach
* Willingness to learn new clinical skills
Full Clinical Training Provided
You’ll be fully trained and supported with:
* Paid training & shadow shifts
* Suprapubic catheter care
* PEG feeding
* Medication via gastrostomy
* Dystonia management
