You will play a proactive role in delivering large, technology-enabled business transformation programs for prestigious clients. This includes developing capabilities, mentoring junior team members, and leveraging KPMG Velocity for AI-driven advisory services.
You will build global relationships, access expert networks, and communicate complex solutions effectively. Your role involves managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multidisciplinary teams using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and contribute to business development and commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting the delivery of complex Oracle-enabled transformation programs.
* Engaging with C-level executives to shape their Oracle-enabled transformation agendas.
* Managing, coaching, and developing project teams and junior staff.
* Overseeing project scope, budget, quality, benefits, risks, and timelines.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Fostering internal collaboration and industry networking across teams and regions.
* Supporting practice growth through initiatives, proposals, and commercial development.
* Ensuring best-practice reporting and governance.
* Staying informed on Oracle and Cloud ERP industry trends.
* Managing project tools and techniques for service development.
* Contributing to talent management and mentoring within the team.
We seek passionate, motivated professionals with strong consulting skills, capable of working with senior executives on large-scale, multi-year Oracle transformation projects. Ideal candidates will have:
* Extensive experience managing large Oracle programs across industries.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Programme & Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
* Knowledge of ERP-driven business change and transformation drivers.
* Experience in proposal and bid development, with internal and external relationship building.
* Industry-recognized qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, or PPM.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen.
* Leadership qualities that promote equality, ethics, and confidence.
* Ability to motivate and coach teams, including onshore and offshore elements.
