The Role:
Managing a portfolio of key retail accounts, ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms.
Building strong relationships with clients to maintain a seamless credit process.
Collaborating with the finance team to deliver high-level account reconciliations and resolve queries quickly.
Monitoring account statuses and preventing potential issues before they arise.
About You:
Proven experience in credit control or a related role.
Strong communication skills
Can confidently build rapport with both clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits:
£26,000 - £30,000 Base salary
