Are you a proactive and motivated professional looking for a rewarding role? We are offering an exciting secondment/fixed term (11 months) opportunity to join the Medical and Nursing Business Support Unit at NHS Grampian, working full time (36 hours per week) in a Band 5 position.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality systems development, management and implementation, committee and meeting administration and secretarial services. You will work closely with senior staff responsible for the governance and strategic oversight of services across NHS Grampian. The post holder will work as part of the Medical and Nursing Business Support Unit and provide cross cover during periods of leave.
Person specification / Qualifications
We are seeking someone with the ability to exercise discretion, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. You should have experience of dealing with competing demands and managing issues that impact on business matters.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
