Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday – 9.00-5.00

The Role
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a well-organised, driven Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the agency by providing support to team members and managers.
Responsibilities:
• Creating client research documents and sales pack preparation
• Supporting credit control
• Supporting file checks and compliance
· Answer and redirect phone calls
· Call centre handover tasks
· Distribute incoming emails by creating cases for the customer Service team
· Order office stationery and supplies
· Successfully complete all internal and external required training programmes
· Complete required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours
· Ensure that all internal and regulatory compliance measures are accurately met
Skills and Requirements:
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to manage own workload and to work effectively under pressure
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· The ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
