Job Description
3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, andmulti‑year business planning
4. Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting
5. Own statutory reporting, audits, and tax processes
6. Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to group policies
7. Oversee contracts, procurement, and insurance arrangements
8. Support acquisition evaluation and post‑transaction integration
9. Lead local HR operations and employment compliance
10. Oversee office facilities and IT services
11. Line manage finance and office staff and contribute to senior leadership decision‑making
The Successful Applicant
12. REQUIRED: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
13. Proven experience in senior finance roles covering financial control, reporting, and compliance
14. Experience working with an international group and a smaller local operation
15. Strong commercial awareness
16. Demonstrated people management
17. Experience with contract management and procurement
18. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities
19. Bonus: M&A experience (integrating acquired businesses)
20. Bonus: SAP S4/HANA experience
21. Must have right to work in the UK
