Job Title: Repairs & Shipping Coordinator Location: On‑Site, Hook, Hampshire Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Employment Type: Permanent Working Arrangements: This is an on‑site role, working closely with repairs, customer service, engineering, and logistics teams to keep product returns and repairs running smoothly. A long‑established technology and manufacturing business is seeking a Repairs & Shipping Coordinator to take ownership of the full return‑to‑repair‑to‑dispatch cycle. This is a hands‑on, operationally critical role where you’ll ensure products are returned correctly from customers, coordinate internal repair activities, and manage outbound logistics to get fixed units back to customers quickly and accurately. You’ll work closely with service, engineering, and warehouse teams to maintain flow, minimise turnaround times, and uphold a high‑quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the return of products from customers, ensuring correct documentation, tracking, and receipt. Act as the central point of contact for all repair activities, allocating work and monitoring progress to maintain fast turnaround times. Work closely with the repair team to prioritise workloads, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accurate status updates. Prepare and manage outbound shipments of repaired products, ensuring correct packaging, labelling, and courier arrangements. Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems, including return authorisations, repair notes, and shipping details. Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates, clarify requirements, and support smooth return and dispatch processes. Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, repair throughput, and shipping accuracy, contributing to continuous improvement across the service function. About You Experience in repairs coordination, returns processing, logistics administration, or a similar operational role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment. Confident communicator who enjoys working cross‑functionally to keep processes flowing. Comfortable using ERP/CRM systems and maintaining accurate records. Proactive, detail‑focused, and committed to delivering a smooth, positive customer experience.
