Axi Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established FMCG business based in Hull. Our client is seeking a pro‑active and results‑driven Senior Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is a full‑time, permanent opportunity.
As the Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective management of key account customers. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a high level of customer service.
Job Details
* Receive and process sales orders.
* Review customer orders and ensure all details are correct.
* Ensure documentation is completed and compliant with export regulations.
* Regular communication with customers providing updates.
* Liaise with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments.
* Provide customers with shipping and tracking updates.
* Maintain a customer‑centric approach, addressing customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts for customers.
* Acting as point of contact for customers, support with any enquiries or queries.
Experience
* Previous experience in Account Management, Sales Administration or similar.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work to deadlines and handle various tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge with exports/import regulations and shipping processes is a plus.
* Experience with using Microsoft Office package including Excel.
