Greenfields Academy is a specialist school for pupils aged 5-16 with complex SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). As part of a family of schools within CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. Greenfields can draw on the expertise across the Trust and central team to provide the highest levels of education and care for our pupils.
The Academy is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our Behaviour Team. This is a vital role for a proactive and reflective practitioner who is passionate about supporting children with behavioural, social, emotional and SEND needs to thrive and succeed.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour through targeted and responsive intervention, working collaboratively with key teams across the Academy to improve outcomes for our most vulnerable pupils.

The interview process may involve delivering an intervention learning task, written task and an interview panel.
