Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-16. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher role. * Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons across KS3-KS4. * Create differentiated lessons that support students of varying abilities and learning styles. * Monitor, assess, and track student progress to ensure strong academic achievement. * Encourage creativity, confidence, and critical thinking through high-quality teaching. * Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations. * Work collaboratively with SLT, colleagues, and the wider school community.

What we're looking for: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * A degree in English or a related subject. * Experience teaching English at secondary level. * Strong classroom management and communication skills. * A passionate and engaging teaching style with the ability to motivate learners. * A proactive and positive attitude towards teaching and learning. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
