Junior Genesys Project Engineer
Remote, with monthly visits to their London office.
Paying between £45,000-£55,000, depending on experience.
A leading Genesys Partner is seeking a Junior Genesys Project Engineer to join its growing Professional Services team. This role is ideal for a CCaaS Engineer or Genesys Support Engineer wishing to progress into a client-facing, project-focused position within a highly reputable and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the delivery and configuration of Genesys Cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
* Working closely with Senior Engineers, Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver project work packages.
* Engaging directly with clients to capture requirements, complete technical tasks and support solution deployment.
* Carrying out troubleshooting, testing and validation of configurations in line with project milestones.
* Producing documentation for build steps, technical changes and operational handovers.
* Developing technical capability through structured training, mentoring and access to Genesys certification paths.
Experience required:
* Experience in CCaaS support, ideally with Genesys Cloud, although other platforms such as Amazon Connect, Five9 or NICE CXone will be considered.
* Understanding of contact centre technologies including IVR, routing flows, telephony, SIP or cloud communication tools.
* Ambition to progress into a technical delivery role with client-facing responsibilities.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
