Konker is recruiting for a Project Architect or Senior Architect to join an established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice as they embark on an exciting new chapter in Cornwall.
With two successful offices already established in the South West, the practice is now investing in a new presence in Cornwall and is looking for an ambitious Architect to play a key role in its growth and development.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be expected to bring a portfolio of clients or generate work from day one.
Instead, they’re looking for someone enthusiastic about helping build something, who enjoys developing relationships, and wants to contribute to the long-term success of a growing office.
You’ll have the backing, resources, and expertise of two established offices, providing support across projects, technical delivery, and business operations.
The practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality design across a diverse range of sectors, with current projects spanning residential, commercial, and healthcare developments throughout the South West.
As a Project Architect or Senior Architect, you’ll work closely with the wider team on projects from concept through to completion, while helping establish the practice’s presence within Cornwall and the surrounding region.
The Role: Project Architect/Senior Architect.
Salary ranges from £40,000 to £46,000, depending on experience.
