We are recruiting a talented and experienced chef to work alongside our dynamic kitchen team in delivering exceptional weddings and events. The role is unique that we work predominantly daytime prep with around 2 service shifts a week, so the role allows a good quality of life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, supporting our Executive Chef and managing a team to create unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of high-end events
Work closely with the senior team to ensure seamless service
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Help oversee kitchen operations during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Lead by example with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in fine dining and the events sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Impeccable organization and time management
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Must be able to drive, as our events take place across the county and work vehicles are provided
