SVP Business Development - EMEA - Enterprise Technology Training & Certification
Our Client is a global professional technology training and certification organisation who set one of the world's most respected standards in their qualifications and are moving to their next stage of growth.
With a unique position in the market and the highest level of credibility in their industry (Cybersecurity), they seek a highly experienced VP for Sales & Business development to design and deliver a new enterprise client GTM model, and lead the development of a new proactive B2B, Channel and B2C sales strategy and approach to the EMEA market (including UK, Europe, UAE).
The role requires experience in:
* Building and Leading a $20m+ sales organisation (partic in learning & development, certification or professional technology training)
* Exceptional sales operations discipline (qualification, account planning, pipeline and sales forecasting, etc)
* Strong grounding in sales financials (profitability, margin, etc)
* Establishing effective GTM strategy and sales approaches in direct enterprise sales and Partner sales / channel sales
* Leading sales teams (10+ FTEs)
* Strong internal leadership stakeholder management and collaboration
* Sales organisations selling: professional training, certification, membership, professional development
* Progressive sales management style and values driven
* Product and positioning strategy to optimise sales in enterprise, B2B and channel markets
* Strategic C-Suite relationship management
* Market development and expansion
* Strong networks and bigger ticket sales strategy
Our client HQ is based on the East Coast, however the role can be located anywhere in the UK (
