What You’ll Do • Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3• Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions• Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills• Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life• Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing• Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback What You’ll Bring • A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)• Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair• Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices• A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success• A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to gain it while you work Why Become a Lecturer?
