Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Kennedy Recruitment is working exclusively with a large Solicitors firm based in Belfast City Centre. They are seeking to hire a process-driven administrative professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate Data Input: Perform extensive and precise data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the firm's internal systems with high accuracy.
2. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established procedures and protocols meticulously, ensuring compliance with data management policies and legal standards.
3. Time Management: Effectively manage time to handle a large volume of data entry tasks.
4. Opening New Litigation Files: Open new litigation files based on handwritten instructions from solicitors, requiring careful interpretation and transcription.
5. Support and Assistance: Provide administrative support to solicitors and senior management, assisting with queries and additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles within a professional environment, preferably legal.
* Organisation Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all duties.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry software and systems; familiarity with legal case management systems is advantageous.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and follow written processes.
Benefits:

Additional Information:
* Full-time, temporary role, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
