Anderson Knight are seeking a motivated HR Adviser to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across a range of functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy guidance. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across multiple sites, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees

Support recruitment processes from end to end

Advise on policies, procedures, and employment law

Manage employee relations cases

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role

Strong knowledge of current employment legislation
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable

Full driving licence and access to a car is essential...
