Warehouse & Materials Management Specialist – UK
We’re partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organisation operating at the forefront of clinical supply and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regulated, quality-driven environment supporting the delivery of clinical trial materials across the UK and beyond.
This role sits at the heart of depot and materials management operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production schedules and distribution timelines while maintaining the highest compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee goods receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical materials within warehouse and dispensary settings
* Ensure all warehouse operations are fully aligned with GxP, EHS, and internal SOP requirements
* Manage materials and distribution transactions within SAP, maintaining accuracy and traceability
* Support compliance with transport security, COSHH, and hazardous goods regulations, including audit and inspection readiness
* Collaborate closely with Quality teams to maintain approvals and chain of custody standards
* Safely operate reach and counterbalance forklift trucks as part of daily operations
Requirements
* Experience within materials management, logistics, or warehouse operations, ideally in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment
* Working knowledge of GxP guidelines and compliance frameworks
* Valid RTITB certification for reach and counterbalance forklift trucks
* Familiarity with handling and transporting hazardous goods
* Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships
