As a Clinical Deputy Manager at our care home, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of our residents and their families. You will be responsible for leading by example, setting high standards in clinical practice, and supporting staff development.
You will split your time equally between leading from the floor and supporting the wider management of the home. Your strong clinical knowledge and proactive approach to care planning and risk management will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
* Strong clinical knowledge and proactive approach to care planning and risk management
* Leadership experience or clear potential, with a natural talent for mentoring others
* Emotional intelligence, warmth, and an ability to build trust across teams and families
