The Role
* Lead and manage the Geography department with creativity and strategic vision
* Deliver engaging and rigorous lessons to A-Level and GCSE students
* Foster a love for geography through excellent subject knowledge and innovative teaching
* Support and develop departmental staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
* Contribute to the wider academic and co-curricular life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching Geography at A-Level in a UK secondary school (independent or maintained)
* Strong leadership skills with experience of leading or supporting a department
* Passionate about Geography with the ability to inspire students of all abilities
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
