We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to lead an efficient and accurate month-end close process, implement and monitor robust internal financial controls, support a smooth and timely UK audit, and drive continuous improvement across the financial control environment.

What you'll be doing:

* Produce accurate month-end management accounts
* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to audit standards, including intercompany accounts
* Review and post recurring and non-recurring monthly journals
* Provide monthly reporting and variance analysis for the management team
* Ensure correct accounting and capitalisation of fixed assets in line with group policy
* Support business partners with budgets, forecasts, and other ad hoc tasks
* Assist with UK group audits and statutory account preparation
* Respond to auditor and tax queries
* Carry out other ad hoc duties as required
