About the Role: You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals managing opiate dependency. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will develop tailored recovery plans, provide harm reduction advice, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure effective care. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a caseload of clients with opiate dependency, delivering person-centred support. * Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and recovery goals. * Delivering harm reduction interventions, including advice on safer use and overdose prevention. * Liaising with prescribing services and other agencies to coordinate care. * Supporting clients through structured recovery programmes, fostering long-term change.
