Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
* Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher and adapt where necessary to meet pupil needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Mark work and provide feedback in line with school policies.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification.
* Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
