EliteHire Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Building Project Manager to join a well established Midlands based M&E design and build contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects valued from £50k to £5m+.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical professional who enjoys owning projects from design through installation, commissioning and final handover.
The Role
* System design, specifications and technical submissions
* Procurement of suppliers and subcontractors
* Site coordination and subcontractor management
* Cost control, variations, forecasts and applications for payment
* Client meetings, site inspections and issue resolution
* Commissioning, handover and O&M documentation
What We're Looking For
* HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
* 10+ years in Mechanical HVAC design & build projects
* Strong commercial and project delivery experience
* AutoCAD knowledge (BIM experience beneficial)
* Confident communicator and problem solver
