Overview
We are currently working with a Alternative Provision in Chesterfield (S41) who are looking to take on a Literacy intervention assistant on a temp to permanent, full time basis.
In this AP, all pupils are permanently excluded and may show challenging behaviours. Pupils may have SEND.
The main purpose for this role is to provide literacy support and intervention to pupils who are disaffected and/or have behavioural, emotional, social and learning difficulties, and enable them to improve their literacy skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience supporting delivery of a phonics programme and a wide range of literacy interventions.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Business insurance or willingness to obtain business insurance.
* DBS on the up‑to‑date service.
Work Hours & Salary
Full‑time role, 8:30 am – 4:20 pm, salary £24,763 – £26,407.
