Multi-skilled Shift Engineer (Electrical bias) Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: Up to £48,000 overtime Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) 07:0019:00 / 19:00-07:00 My client is a major FM company who are recruiting a Multi-skilled Shift Engineer to work on a worldwide client contract for a building based in Harlow, managing M&E and building systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, technically capable maintenance engineer ready to step into a high-profile commercial site. The Role As Multi-skilled Shift Engineer, you will: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building services Take ownership of electrical systems including LV distribution, plant, and associated infrastructure Supervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantly Respond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environment Maintain accurate records using site systems and permits to work About You We are looking for candidates who: Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 considered if technically strong) Have solid experience working within commercial building services Are confident fault-finding across electrical and wider M&E systems Can lead by example on shift and take responsibility for site operations Are professional, reliable, and safety-focused High Voltage experience is not essential HV training will be provided after 3 months.
