We’re Hiring: Part-Time Business Development Executive (Interior Construction) (12hours per month initially)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow our Interior Construction business across South London and Central London.
This is a part-time position with a fixed fee + commission structure, ideal for someone who understands the London property and construction market and is confident in closing deals.
Role:
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Build relationships with property developers, investors, and architectural firms
* Attend meetings and networking events
* Identify renovation and interior construction project opportunities
* Work closely with the founder to drive revenue growth
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven sales or business development experience
* Strong knowledge of South London & Central London property market
* Existing network in real estate, development, or architecture is a big plus
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Looking for a long-term opportunity
