IPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Housing Strategy Manager for our client based in Southwark and the surrounding area.
The successful post holder will act as a designated lead within the Project and Change team by developing and managing project improvements.
The successful post holder will manage the Casework Support team, ensuring targets are met, and undertake research commissioned by the Housing Solutions service to ensure the trailblazer project and the Homelessness Reduction Act work achieve best value through cost analysis and predictive modelling.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for producing projects, performance reports, data monitoring, and analytical research reports for the unit.
2. Provide recommendations for service and performance improvements.
3. Manage four Casework Support Officers and oversee team responsibilities.
4. Lead the Project & Change team in implementing a robust performance management system ensuring data quality and acting as a contact for service performance.
5. Support Housing Solutions policies and reports by providing requested data and developing new reports with relevant parties.
6. Develop reports to compare service functionality with other boroughs.
7. Identify stakeholders and develop collaborative relationships to improve performance.
8. Ensure effective operation of work and processes to contribute to council objectives.
9. Create strategic plans as instructed.
Working Hours: 36 hours, Monday – Friday
