To provide administrative and creative support to the Partnership Marketing Team. You'll help with a range of digital marketing tasks, including creating content for promotions, assisting with email campaigns, and supporting the team's daily operations. This role is a great opportunity to learn about the travel industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. Through our award winning brands Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski, we provide expert service and exceptional ski and cruise holidays to locations around the world. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Assist in writing and proofing copy for online promotions and advertisements. Help to source and resize images for marketing materials. Administrative Support: Help to manage campaign bookings and track approvals from cruise line partners. This includes saving proofs and organising campaign plans. Partnership Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the partnership marketing team. Email Marketing: Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns. Performance Monitoring: Help to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Opportunity Identification: Support the team in identifying potential new digital marketing opportunities. Candidate Requirements (Course Requirements) Aged 16 or over. Ideally, 4 GCSEs at grade C / 4 or higher, including Maths and English. Alternatively, a relevant Level 2 qualification. Skills And Experience Writing Skills: Strong prose writing skills with excellent attention to detail. Technical Aptitude: A quick and technically adept learner. Computer Skills: Good computer literacy. Experience with HTML, Google Analytics, or Google Sheets is a plus, but not essential. Organisation: The ability to multitask, be organised, and work effectively under deadlines. Attitude: A flexible "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills.
