Conference And Events Service Manager - Kents Hill, Milton Keynes | Full-Time / PermanentWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference & Events Manager to join our team at Kents Hill Park, part of The Venues Collection. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering outstanding events and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. £35000 excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days\' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.Key Responsibilities: • Ensure all conference and event spaces are set up to an exceptional standard, tailored to guest requirements. • Provide professional and attentive service throughout each event, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. • Assist with servicing event spaces during use, including food and beverage service as required. • Support a wide variety of events, from small syndicate rooms and private dinners to large conferences, exhibitions, and banquets. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
