Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class technical support to our customers via email, phone, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system-related issues. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and integration of Zynk products. Collaborate with the development and product teams to resolve advanced issues. Document technical processes, FAQs, and customer resolutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of support tools and processes.
