An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, an established and highly respected independent firm based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join their growing team.
This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of high‑end residential and commercial properties in one of London’s most prestigious locations. You’ll be part of a forward‑thinking company renowned for its collaborative, team‑based approach to Block Management.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 9.00am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the role of the Block Manager:
8. Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks and commercial buildings across Central London
9. Coordinate planned maintenance, repairs, and contractor appointments
10. Maintain accurate records of building operations, resident and tenant communications, and contractor performance
11. Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, commercial tenants, and directors to resolve issues and maintain high standards
12. Coordinating Section 20 consultations for major works
Block Manager requirements:
13. Minimum 2 years’ experience in block or estate management, including commercial property exposure
14. Experience managing Section 20 processes and coordinating major works.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across residential and commercial sectors
16. Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, service charges, and building compliance
17. Experience managing mixed-use developments (residential + commercial units)
