About the Role & Team:
As Head Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of the hospital, leading a talented team of nurses and inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and customer service. You’ll enjoy a varied, hands-on role with plenty of leadership opportunities:
* Lead, mentor, and support a skilled nursing team
* Oversee daily clinical operations and best practices
* Work 4 days per week, including 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights on a rota
