This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Principals and Senior Consultants whilst helping some of the worlds most exciting businesses hire exceptional talent.
The Opportunity
As a Delivery Consultant, you\ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and securing top talent across our specialist markets, working closely with our Tech and GTM teams, supporting a range of retained and contingent assignments across.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, speaking to candidates and becoming a market expert.
What You\ll Be Doing
Candidate Delivery
* Source and identify high-calibre candidates
* Build talent pipelines for key clients
Market Mapping
* Build talent pools within specialist markets
* Map competitor businesses and hiring trends
* Support strategic search assignments
Relationship Building
* Develop long-term candidate networks
* Become a trusted advisor within your market
* Build credibility with senior professionals
* Work alongside Principals and Senior Consultants
* Support live assignments across multiple clients
* Contribute to team targets and delivery performance
