Requirements
* You have 3-5 years of B2B commercial experience
* You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick
* You have a high EQ, which alongside your curiosity enables you to navigate complex human relationships, understand people’s drivers, communicate creatively, and close complex deals
* You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills
* (Desirable) You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry

* We're early in our GTM, and we're looking for someone to join a growing team and help develop a world-class sales motion. Details:
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at cutting-edge technology companies across the healthcare industry
* Source, own, and win deals from discovery to closed won with the right customers
* Our ICP are startups or scaleups building AI in healthcare solutions they want to place on the EU/UK market. Scarlet is relevant to Regulatory, Operations leaders, and regulatory consultants
* Collaborate closely with teammates to bring the relevant expertise to different parts of the sales motion and communicate Scarlet’s value proposition
* Work with the rest of the Sales function to continuously improve our processes
* Drive continuous iteration by sharing insights from customer interactions to help shape our go-to-market strategy and product offering
