Wynne Systems have an exciting new opportunity for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team!
Reporting to the US based Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing and developing business for specific Enterprise Accounts, including both Net New customers and Back-to-Base (existing accounts). Our focus is on large, enterprise-level accounts in the Plant Hire, Equipment Hire, and Construction sectors, with particular attention to businesses involved in plant hire and operated plant hire (equipment supplied with an operator).
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the customers' current and future needs by identifying their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
2. Manage complex sales cycles with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
3. Pursue both marketing-provided leads and engage in proactive business development to target specific, named accounts.
4. Navigate organisational structures within target accounts to identify relevant influencers and decision-makers.
5. Organise and manage your workload effectively to exceed sales metrics, with accurate revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
6. Collaborate with Marketing to build a strategically viable pipeline and focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target key customers.
