Research and Development Delivery Manager (Metal Mines)
We are hiring a Research and Development Delivery Manager to support Mining Remediation Authority’s mission of reducing pollution from legacy metal mines across the UK.

Hybrid working – on average 2 days working out of our Mansfield office.

Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and deliver a range of R&D projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants and contractors.
* Work in the field to bring R&D activities to life on the ground and in partnership with academic facilities.
* Oversee multiple trials of mine water treatment technologies to achieve cost‑effective, compact, and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in scientific or engineering disciplines such as geoscience, chemistry, environmental science/engineering.
* Demonstrable experience in research and development project management, in academic or industrial settings.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for challenging conventional approaches.
