A group of some of the most on trend and popular clothing and footwear brands today are looking for a Operations Administrator to join their team in Watford. They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with advanced knowledge in spreadsheet and ERP software.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Follow up and check on customer POs
2. Upload, maintain and update data on the ERP system
3. Provide sales order confirmations
4. Review shipping and delivery requirements
5. Coordinate and communicate shipping instructions to factories
6. Liaise with suppliers on production progress
7. Communicate delays to customers
8. Monitor delivery schedules
9. Process stock into inventory
10. Send invoices to customers
11. Be able to efficiently answer queries from credit control and other departments
12. Adhoc duties related to sales and POs
You must be someone who is organised, efficient and able to manage your time effectively. Spanish speaking is desirable.
