Administrator - Professional Services
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary £25,000 - £26,000 plus excellent benefits

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Administrator to join a friendly, busy team in a highly regulated professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, compliance, and providing outstanding support to colleagues and clients alike.
As part of the administration team, you will play a key role in ensuring all processes and records meet strict regulatory standards while contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administration support
Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is entered correctly into internal systems
Prepare and issue client documentation promptly and in line with compliance requirements
Liaise with third parties such as providers, solicitors, and other professional contacts to progress cases and gather necessary information
Monitor workflows and keep stakeholders informed of progress
Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service standards
Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment (e.g., financial services, legal, insurance, healthcare, or similar)
Strong knowledge of compliance principles and an understanding of the importance of data security and confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
