My client, an enabling services contractor to the wider construction contractors, is now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Writer/Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality responses to PQQs and tender submissions. You’ll coordinate bid writing efforts, maintain a library of model answers and documentation, and ensure all submissions meet company standards for accuracy and presentation. Your ability to interpret client requirements, craft compelling responses, and support the Bid Manager will be key to producing winning bids.
This is a collaborative role that requires strong communication skills and a creative approach to bid development. You’ll build relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, contribute to PowerPoint presentations and visual aids, and tailor CVs and case studies to suit project needs. A keen eye for market trends and best practices will help you identify opportunities for process improvement and content enhancement. You’ll also support the business development team in keeping their website current and aligned with their strategic goals.
